Jack Kirby “The King” song
I wrote a song dedicated to Jack Kirby, and his importance to comics. I guess Thanksgiving got me feeling nostalgic. [link]
Me and Tribe One started our Middle of Nowhere Tour, and had a great show at Elite Comics in Overland Park, KS. Follow them on twitter, and check them out if you’re around the area. They are awesome!
At that show, we also got to meet comic creators Jason Aaron, Dennis Hopeless and Jai Nitz; and I got to gush about Hopeless’s use of Darkhawk(s) in Avengers Arena, Tribe got to tell Jason about his love for Knuckles O’Shaughnessy:
So you know, that was pretty cool.
We’re on tour, and we hope you’ll come out and say hi. A lot of the shows are free, or $5 at max; and we’ll be hanging out and probably playing Magic or reading comics so you should come out.
